The LONDON E-Business Support Programme offers a FREE package of support (including 1-2-1 expert advice, guidance, webinars and online tutorials) to maximise your use of digital tools and online marketing enabling you to:

>>> Maximise your website’s search engine ranking (SEO)
>>> Enhance your online marketing & social media
>>> Utilise ecommerce and online payments
>>> Improve your customer service
>>> Use digital tools to maximise your business efficiency, save time and money​
>>> Improve cyber-security, data storage / back-ups

Once registered, you will also be invited to join regular events to network and connect with other London business owners.

Are You Eligible?
To be eligible for this free support your business should be registered for over one month (with Companies House or HMRC); have fewer than 251 employees and be located in a London borough.

Use the map at this link to locate the Business for London support provider for your area. Please note by clicking on your borough, you will be taken to a separate site of a provider delivering the service in your area.

The LONDON E-Business Support Programme was built on the success of the Local London E-business Programme – which has been providing free digital advice and support to businesses in 8 London boroughs for the past 2 years. These boroughs include: Greenwich, Bexley, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Enfield and Waltham Forest.

Please note that businesses seeking digital support in these boroughs will currently be referred to Local London E-business programme for free advice and support, until September 2024 when the programme ends.

From October 2024 businesses in all London boroughs will be included in the LONDON E-Business Support Programme. (By clicking a borough on the map will be directed to the appropriate support programme).

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025.

The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills.
